When a Fort Worth house fire, burst pipe, or storm takes your home offline, the next question is not “a hotel somewhere in DFW.” It is whether the kids can still get to a Tarrant County campus and whether you can still drive the commute you already have.
Who we serve in Fort Worth: insurance ALE displacement, corporate relocation, and mid-term furnished rentals.
Tell us bedrooms, pets, and timing. We respond fast — often same day.
Furnished homes for insurance claims (ALE), corporate relocation, and private mid-term stays. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in emergency shelter, transitional, sober-living, reentry, or Section 8/HUD housing — for those inquiries please call 2-1-1 Texas.
Jubilee Homes provides furnished, pet-friendly temporary housing for insurance claims in Fort Worth. We work with your Additional Living Expenses (ALE) coverage — and with adjusters and providers such as ALE Solutions, Alacrity, Sedgwick, and CRS — so you are not fronting months of rent while the rebuild starts.
Fort Worth is geographically large. A placement that is technically “in the Metroplex” can still put you on the wrong side of I-35W for downtown Fort Worth, the Cultural District, the medical district, or the Alliance corridor. We start from the part of town you actually live and work in, then match bedroom count, pets, and how soon you need keys.
We do not publish a live inventory on this page. Availability moves with each claim. Tell us the intersection, campus, or job site that matters and we will show what is ready — often with same-day tours.

Service area: Fort Worth, Texas, and the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
We do not publish a street / walk-in office address.
Families typically need to remain on the Fort Worth side of the Metroplex: downtown and near-east for city jobs, west toward the Cultural District, north toward Alliance and Keller-area drives, or south/southwest for I-20 access. I-30, I-35W, and the Chisholm Trail Parkway are the usual spines. If your damaged home is in Fort Worth, ask for a Fort Worth (or immediate Tarrant) match before you accept a far-north Dallas suburb that adds an hour each way.
Keeping a routine in FWISD, Keller ISD, or another Tarrant district is often the reason a family refuses a hotel across the county line. We are not a school-assignment service and we do not guarantee a zoned campus — we do treat “stay near this school” as a placement brief. Name the campus when you inquire.
Demand — not a list of houses we claim to have — usually clusters around downtown Fort Worth, west-side neighborhoods, the Alliance employment area, and the inner Tarrant communities that share a Fort Worth commute. Surrounding cities such as Arlington and Irving are in the same conversation if the damaged property sits near a city limit.
South of downtown, the Near Southside hospital district is home to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center, Cook Children’s Medical Center, Medical City Fort Worth, and JPS Health Network. UNT Health Science Center sits near the Cultural District.
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics builds the F-35 in west Fort Worth, American Airlines is headquartered near DFW Airport, and BNSF Railway and Bell Textron are Fort Worth-based. The Alliance corridor in far north Fort Worth is a major logistics and industrial hub.
Near Southside, Fairmount, the Cultural District and Arlington Heights, Ridglea, and the TCU area are well-known parts of town; Benbrook and Haltom City are separate cities next door. TCU and Texas Wesleyan are the main universities, and Dickies Arena, the Stockyards, and Texas Motor Speedway draw event traffic.
I-30, I-35W, I-20, Loop 820, SH-121/183, and the Chisholm Trail Parkway are the main routes. Fort Worth was hit by the Mayfest hailstorm on May 5, 1995, and an F3 tornado crossed downtown on March 28, 2000.
Same process we use across DFW — pointed at Fort Worth so school and commute stay in the brief.
Share that you need to stay in Fort Worth (or name the Tarrant campus/commute). Include bedrooms, pets, and a target move-in date.
We coordinate with your adjuster or housing provider and can direct-bill so you are not waiting on reimbursement to sleep somewhere safe.
Furnished (or unfurnished), utilities-ready, pet-friendly. Extensions are simple if Fort Worth repairs run long.
Yes. ALE typically pays for a comparable temporary home, and some families choose Dallas, Arlington, or a northern suburb if that is where work or family support already is. Many Fort Worth families still prefer to stay in Tarrant County so school and commute do not break. We will help you compare options against the ALE budget — not against a generic “DFW available” list.
Those are the losses we house every week across DFW: fire, water, wind/hail, and other covered events that make a house unlivable. Tell us who is on the claim (your adjuster, ALE Solutions, Alacrity, Sedgwick, CRS, or you found us yourself) and we coordinate from there.
Yes. Jubilee Homes are pet-friendly. Say the type and count of pets when you inquire so we do not waste a showing on a home that will not work.
Both. Fort Worth employers, Alliance-corridor transfers, and downtown assignments often need a furnished home for 30–180 days. We place corporate relocation housing in Fort Worth on flexible terms — the same homes we use for ALE, without requiring a claim file.
Yes. If you need a mid-term furnished rental in Fort Worth — a project, a gap between leases, a medical stay — we do month-to-month. You do not need an insurance claim. Self-pay and employer-pay both work.
Furnished homes for insurance claims (ALE), corporate relocation, and private mid-term stays. We are not emergency shelter, transitional, sober-living, reentry, or Section 8/HUD housing.
If the damaged home sits near a city limit, a neighboring page may be the better match.
Call or inquire. We will match what is available in Fort Worth — insurance ALE, corporate relocation, or a mid-term furnished rental.
