Frisco daily life is tied to the Tollway, the employment around The Star / north Tollway corridor, and the spread of residential areas east and west of it. We ask which direction you actually drive before we suggest a house in a neighboring city that only looks close on a state map.
Frisco ISD is frequently the constraint. Neighboring districts in Little Elm, The Colony, McKinney, and Plano come up on border claims. We do not place by zone maps we do not control — we place by the campus you name.
If the damaged home is in Frisco but the job is downtown Dallas, we will still try to keep you north if that is what the family needs — or talk honestly about a Dallas or Plano match. The goal is the week you have to live, not a city-name checkbox.
The Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters and practice facility is at The Star, which also houses a Keurig Dr Pepper co-headquarters. The PGA of America moved its national headquarters to PGA Frisco, and T-Mobile has a major Frisco presence. Toyota Stadium (FC Dallas) and Comerica Center are the main venues.

Starwood, Phillips Creek Ranch, the Stonebriar area, and the Hall Park and Fields districts are common names. Collin College’s Preston Ridge campus and the University of North Texas at Frisco are the local higher-ed options.
The Dallas North Tollway, SH-121, Preston Road (SH-289), and Legacy Drive are the main routes. Frisco spans both Collin and Denton counties, and addresses can be zoned to Frisco ISD, Prosper ISD, McKinney ISD, Little Elm ISD, or Lewisville ISD. Rapid growth and newer construction mean hail and wind are the most common storm claims.
